Modern Extension - Pately Bridge

Scope of Work

This project in Summer Bridge, near Pately Bridge, involved a comprehensive scope of works to create a modern and spacious living area and an additional upper-floor space

• Removal of the old lean-to extension
• Installation of structural steel joists to strengthen the existing property
• Stone and glass conservatory built to create a kitchen diner and sunroom, complete with a roof lantern for ample natural light
• Pitched roof extensions were built on two floors to create a utility room and additional space on the upper floor
• We used punched-faced stone for the external walls to blend the new extension with the existing elevation
• An oak frame porch with a pitched roof was added the the main entrance
